D36: Take The Spotlight

In Uncategorized on February 5, 2010 by Eric Kunimura

This is the side door to an old chines restaurant. I wanted to get a shot of the front of the building but the lights on the sign were not on. Without the lights the building looses some of it’s character. At least that what I imagine having never seen this building at night.

The spotlight from above the door reminds me of a spotlight on a theater stage. It’s as if something is about to happen. As if someone is about to step into the spotlight at center stage.

Are you ready to step into that light at center stage and present your photography to the world?
